Cherie Ivey is President and Owner of Carter Recruiting and Associates and Outplacement Service. Cherie has over 18 years experience in the recruitment of executive and manufacturing professionals. Cherie's work has been instrumental for new plant start-ups around the state and in building relationships with retained contracts. She has a BA in Psychology from the University of Mississippi. She is a member of the Central Arkansas Human Resources Association, the National Association of Female Executives, and the Staffing Association of Arkansas. Cherie is also a board member of the National Association of Women Business Owners.

Julie Clayton, Vice President , has over 18 years experience in the recruitment of clerical,medical, administrative, and distribution professionals. Julie is a native of Dallas, TX. Julie attended the University of Central Arkansas from 1983-1987 and was in hotel and restaurant management for over 5 years. Julie is an active member of the Central Arkansas Human Resources Association and Staffing Association of Arkansas. She is also active with CARTI Festival of Trees. Julie and her husband Chris have two boys ages 5 and 7 and are very active in their church - Fellowship North. They are also very involved with their boys sports and school functions. Julie has received numerous awards and recognition for her performance in the staffing industry.

Terry Reynolds has joined Carter Recruiting and Associates as a recruiting professional specializing in manufacturing recruitment. Terry is a certified human resources professional (PHR) and brings over 25 years of experience to Carter Recruiting and Associates! Terry’s management experience and reputation spans across many nationally known manufacturing industries. Terry brings an unprecedented base of Human Resources knowledge to Carter Recruiting and Associates. Terry has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Henderson State University and a Master’s degree from Roosevelt University. Terry lives in Conway, Arkansas, and enjoys going to the gym five days a week, canoeing, landscaping, and following the razorbacks!

Mary Lewis from Little Rock joined Carter Recruiting and Associates as Vice President. Mary brings over twelve years of professional recruiting experience to Carter Recruiting. She comes with an enormous amount of knowledge and skill in the recruitment of manufacturing professionals and outplacement services. Mary has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She and her husband, Cary, have two children, Clint and Katy, and have been Little Rock residents for over 18 years. Mary loves to cook, read and spend time with her family. She is also very involved in her community and keeping up with her children! Mary’s versatility and experience in all areas of recruiting are welcomed and appreciated at Carter Recruiting and Associates.
